About the Opportunity

As our Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Reelo's market presence and strengthening our partner network. This role is not just about managing existing relationships; it's about building new ones, finding innovative ways to collaborate, and constantly seeking opportunities to increase our reach and impact.

What Will You Do?

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing POS partners, encouraging them to engage in joint marketing activities and lead-sharing initiatives.
  2. Actively pursue new POS partners, showcasing the value of Reelo's platform and negotiating partnership terms that benefit both parties.
  3. Plan and execute joint events and activities with partners to enhance product visibility and generate leads.
  4. Identify and engage potential affiliate partners, converting them into active collaborators.
  5. Be the face of Reelo in partner interactions, representing our values and vision while working towards mutually beneficial outcomes.

What You Need?

  1. Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  2. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  3. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a knack for identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. A team player attitude, with a commitment to contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  6. A passion for the F&B and retail industry, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this sector.
